Something about our Rye Whiskey Barrel Aged Coffee:
The coffee uses the dry process that intensifies the flavor of the cherry directly into the coffee bean. Prior to roasting, the beans are aged in real Rye Whiskey barrels to absorb the essential flavors of the whiskey and the rich oak of the barrels. The whiskey complements the coffee with bright spicy flavors and an intense floral nose that is slightly sweet.
